Redevelopment of existing 1960’s Lindmont Apartments into mixed-use/income development with apartments, condos, townhomes and retail to create a pedestrian friendly, walkable community that takes advantage of the MARTA within walking distance.
Sizemore Group was commissioned to create the architecture of a 26- acre property to accommodate a rich and vibrant mixed-use community and the design of townhomes. Sizemore Group is the Architect-of-Record on the town homes.
