Sizemore Group was commissioned in December 2010 to provide building assessment, programming, space planning and renovation of the former Liberty Mutual Insurance building located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30501. The building was acquired by Hall County for use as county administrative, public works, tax and election offices.

The new Building gives Hall County a one stop service and administration center. Sizemore Group provided building assessment, programming, stacking scenarios and interior renovations as well as FF&E services for 18 departments to co-locate in this 124,000 SF facility. New construction would have cost the tax payers over $20 million dollars. This facility was purchased and renovated for under $10 million dollars saving the tax payers 50% of their tax dollars for other purposes.
