The existing Building 100, completed in 1984, is a single floor facility housing approximately 250,000 GSF. Through the years, it has remained the campus hub, housing instructional, student support and administrative spaces. This project renovates approximately 36,000 sf of it, mostly along Hall 200. This partial renovation enhances and provides additional space, finishes and system improvements for science labs, library and student support. A key component of this scope is retro-commissioning the controls and fire alarm systems with remaining existing work. Building 100 sits on the highest sector of the campus and commands high visibility from Highway 316. It is in this area that the new building footprint will be located. This stand alone three story building houses 75,000 sf of classrooms, offices and labs that support CIS programs including cyber security. Finally, the scope includes new and improvement of existing parking.
