Georgia Institute of Technology undertook the process of renovating their existing housing inventory. Sizemore Group was engaged to provide Interior Design Services for this facility. The proposed solution maintains the existing number of beds and unit type. It provided a complete upgrade of all MEP systems, bathrooms, lounges, and all public spaces. The project was delivered using a traditional design-bidbuild method and was delivered on time.
