Complete renovation of an existing 26,000 gsf facility located on the main historic quadrangle. The facility will continue to house the School of Business and its primary functions: classrooms, labs, offices, Trading Room, and other instructional support. The renovation includes an addition to accommodate vertical circulation and a new entrance off the promenade. The project also restores the west facade that faces the historic quad to its original design. The facility is LEED-CI Silver certified.
