The Stockbridge City Hall is part of the first phase of the City of Stockbridge’s New Town Center and will act as the centerpiece for the entire Town Center and a gateway into the downtown. The City Hall is three stories tall and approximately 29,500 sf. It overlooks two parks, the Town Green and a smaller landscaped park. The first phase of the Town Center includes the City Hall, parking for City Hall, two parks and associated infrastructure. As the first building and centerpiece of the Town Center, the City Hall is establishing a level of quality for future phases of the project. Future phases will include retail, office and housing surrounding the green spaces.
