Sizemore Group was commissioned to do the 2008 LCI (Livable Centers Initiative) for Downtown East Point and recommended the location of a new Town Center and City Hall on the historic City Hall and Auditorium Site.

In 2016, we were commissioned to design the City Hall with an amphitheater and town green. Our design preserves the existing City Hall and Auditorium and creates an urban courtyard quad within walking distance to the East Point MARTA Station. The Plan is on axis with Cleveland Main Street and allows room for the East Point Farmers Marketing to remain on site.
