Opening in Summer of 2025, the Brookhaven City Centre will be a gathering hub for city business and recreation that will serve the surrounding community for generations to come.

From the onset of the design process, the new Brookhaven City Centre was intended to encapsulate a timeless design. At Sizemore Group, we feel that timeless design should focus on health and wellness. This was a major factor in designing the project to be WELL Building Gold Certified and meet LEED Gold standards. In doing so, it will set a new paradigm for a civic building in terms of inclusive and sustainable design.
Another important aspect will be a commitment to sustainability. This will be the largest building to register with Georgia’s Carbon Tax Credit. Carbon credits are expected due to the mass timber construction and the fact that the building is on a transit line. Five EV charging stations will also further the green initiative.
