As the Brandywine School system faced a declining population and increasing competition from Charter Schools, the system also faced an increased public nostalgia for large turn of the twentieth-century high school and middle school buildings. Sizemore Group’s scope was to:

• Evaluate the location of schools against the student population.
• Develop with the curriculum specialists, a diverse series of grade level offerings.
• Optimize the use of their school buildings for those grade offerings.
