Sizemore Group designed the Bobby M. Snipes Water Resources Center to upgrade and expand the J.G Beacham Water Treatment Plan in Athens-Clarke County. The 17,674 sf LEED-NC Silver certified facility includes a water quality testing laboratory, administrative offices, training rooms and will also provide public educational tours.
