Sizemore Group is in it’s third year of serving as the on-call planner/ architect for the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Community Development Assistance Program (CDAP). In this role, Sizemore Group provides research, design, graphics, zoning, and community engagement assistance.

Sizemore Group worked with the ARC and City of Chattahoochee Hills to develop Low-Impact Stormwater Solutions to be incorporated into the City’s zoning regulations. Sizemore Group researched and provided recommendations on low impact stormwater solutions including previous ground coverings and paving typologies, tree wells, roof gardens, swale types, fountains, stormwater and wetland ponds and rain-gardens. Graphics were developed to highlight the incorporation of these stormwater techniques into different character areas throughout the City.
