Master Plan for a 100-acre Town Center that is part of a large sustainable community of over 450 acres in Conyers. The Town Center is designed as an organic, sustainable community focused on creating a pedestrian-friendly, walkable environment that is well integrated with the natural features of the site-topography, vegetation, rock outcrops, wetlands and the creek. The Town Center integrates with the residential that is surrounded by good vehicular and pedestrian connectivity. An extensive network of trails connects different parts of the community. The Town Center contains a variety of housing types–condos, live/work, town homes, single family, retail, office, farmers’ market, and entertainment. The Town Center also makes provision for transit service with a park and ride facility
